Sophia Sanchez, Vice Chair
Sophia Sanchez is an experienced Human Resources executive and People & Culture leader based in the Dallas, TX area. Specializing in employee relations, workplace investigations, risk and compliance, and organizational development, Sophia has spent her career building equitable, compliant workplaces where employees thrive and business objectives are met with integrity.
Throughout her career, Sophia has served as a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership, board members, and frontline teams alike. Her expertise spans designing global policy frameworks, overseeing complex workplace investigations across international sites, and developing people strategies that drive retention, improve performance, and ensure 100% policy compliance. Known for blending data-driven insights with practical, human-centered solutions, she excels in guiding organizations through change management, conflict resolution, and leadership coaching.
In addition to her civilian career in human resources, Sophia serves as an Officer in the Air Force Reserve. She brings the discipline, strategic foresight, and operational leadership forged through her military service directly to her work in human resources, maintaining a calm, steady presence under pressure and leading teams with accountability and purpose.
